Four leading Nigerian technology companies have joined forces to provide merchants a compact online storefront solution that with additional features to enhance their sales.
Mobile payment giant Paga, digital development firm Cousant, Onyeka Akumah-led digital marketing agency Anozim, and Tunde Kehinde’s courier service ACE, launched myshoppey.com to offer retailers a turn-key solution that covers the scope of digital storefronts, online marketing services and logistics.
Service subscribers will have access to a customized e-commerce website built by Cousant; a payment portal designed by Paga will allow merchants and their customers transact; online marketing services to increase brand’s awareness and drive sales will be delivered by Anozim, and delivery services handled by ACE.
This customized ‘Plug and sell’ total solution greatly eases entrance into e-commerce for retailers with its cost-effective one-time charge of N199, 000.
This revolutionary initiative will most likely put e-commerce giants like Konga and Jumia on their toes, as sellers who list their merchandise on these platforms(Konga and Jumia) now have an out to stand on their own and have their own e-commerce website without breaking a sweat.
“As Nigeria’s internet penetration continues to deepen, and its emerging class rises, more and more businesses are springing up, and selling products online. MyShoppey saves those businesses their digital and logistics worries while they simply focus on their products,” says Tolu Adelowo, Cousant founder.
