Acclaimed the largest strategy and management competition in the world, the Global Management Challenge, an international management Strategy competition which started earlier this year in Kenya has expanded its coast by seeking to attract 250 teams worldwide to take part in its annual management strategy challenge. A move which surpasses its inaugural edition which held in Kenya where just 24 teams participated.
The annual challenge will see teams of 3 to 5 people compete with each other on business simulation by managing virtual companies. Ravi Shah, one of the organizers of the challenge said “…individual enter as a team and have to manage and strategize in running a fictitious business and make over 75 decisions weekly in all aspect of the business.”
This challenge will have participant from Kenya, Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Morocco, Mozambique, Nigeria and Ghana. Winning team from country gets an all-expense paid trip to the international Finals in Hong Kong for the 2016 edition.
