N2.1 million to be won in CCHub’s Enterprise Technology Challenge

In recognition of the need to create a favorable ambience for small and growing enterprises, Co­Creation Hub, Oracle, and Tenece invite ideas and people to take part in its 2-day hackathon tagged Enterprise Technology Challenge , where 3 top teams stand a chance to win N2.1 million.

Participants will be tasked to create web & mobile solutions to problems faced by Nigerian small and growing businesses. Interested persons can either submit an idea or apply to be one of the six teams that will develop selected ideas at the hackathon.

Small and growing businesses are critical drivers of the Nigerian economy. As more Nigerians come online, opportunities arise for tech­-savvy small and growing enterprises to improve efficiency, increase their reach, and enhance their profitability. It then becomes imperative for innovators to fill the vacuum and address the challenges facing Nigeria’s small & growing businesses taking into consideration the unique nuances of locality and business culture

The Enterprise Technology Challenge, set to take place at the start of November 2015, is a 48­hour rapid prototyping hackathon, where software developers/designers, branding gurus, SME experts and business brains collaborate to transform shortlisted ideas into working prototypes.

6th November ­ 8th November 2015 is the date and venue is the Co­Creation Hub, 6th Floor, 294 Herbert Macaulay Way, Yaba. Lagos.
