By  |  0 Comments

The Centum Entrepreneurship Programme, the flagship initiative of Centum Foundation, is a programme that offers funding and mentoring opportunities for Kenyan entrepreneurs creating impacts in their various societies. The programme offers up to $150,000 in funding, a rich network of industry leaders and mentorship opportunities for innovative entrepreneurs.

The seed funding is expected to help business owners achieve proof of concept, while workshops and mentoring sessions will help them establish lasting and invaluable relationships that help them scale their business.

The programme is in stages. While application can be done all year round, candidates are shortlisted three times in a year; March, June, and September. Shortlisted candidates are inducted into a mentorship programme where members of Centum Group guide them through building an investment proposal. Investment decisions are then made on the proposal submitted and successful business gets funding along with guidance through periodic training.

To stand a chance of acing the application process, applicants are advised to apply early and send additional materials like videos, pictures, articles or necessary materials that could further make a case for their businesses.

Applications are welcomed from all sectors.
