For a lot of online businesses, or businesses with an online component, making money is still a dream. It’s tough out there. Thats’s why Google, the world’s most popular ad platform, is partnering with tech hubs in Kenya (the iHub and M-Lab) and Nigeria (the CcHub) to provide exclusive workshops for enterpreneurs. The workshops will train entrepreneurs in best practices and business strategies while using Google products for web and app monetisation.

The bulk of the training will see Google focus on products from its monetisation suite including AdSense, DoubleClick for Publishers, AdMob and Google Analytics. Topics include how to improve your ad placements, what are the best ad sizes, how to increase your coverage, how to evolve with your mobile users and so on.
