This year, google is hosting a demo day for all female startups globally to pitch their innovations. The demo day will display companies founded or co-founded by women to silicon valley investors in order to raise awareness and attract investment for successful applicants.

The event will take place on November 2, at Google headquarters in Mountain view, California, where they will all pitch to a panel of judges, as well as investors, mentors and VCs. The event creates an opportunity for participants to join a network of innovators, enjoy press coverage and individualized mentorship and support from silicon valley influencers.

Applications for this year’s demo day are open until October 6, 2016. Startups in the B2B or B2C space are preferred, particularly if they are technology-vertical. Applicants are also expected to be actively raising a Series A round of approximately $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Additionally, the founder(s) must be available and willing to travel to silicon valley for the event from October 30 to November 3, 2016. For international participants, Google for Entrepreneurs will cover the cost of airfare and the cost of hotel accommodation for a maximum of two rooms.

Interested startups founders can apply here.
