FATE Foundation has launched her 2016 schedule for the Emerging Entrepreneurs Programme (EEP).  The EEP is an in-depth leadership and business management programme aimed at helping participants discover and manage their growth potential; grow themselves and their businesses; and gain insight on how to expand and take their business to scale.

EEP participants are Owner Managers and Chief Executives of businesses who have been actively involved in running their businesses for at least 5 years on a full time basis.

Structure & Curriculum

Over a 2-month period with an average of 15 full-day interaction sessions, the participants go through an exploratory journey covering “You” as the Entrepreneur and “The Enterprise” to examine:

  • Current situation: Where are you now?
  • Desired/Ideal Position: Where should you be?
  • Action Plan: How can you get there?

Led by CEOs of leading organisations and industry and professional experts, the methodology involves interactive class sessions, workshops, case studies, group tasks and a personal activity to develop and present their 5 Year Strategic Plan. Key topics to be covered include entrepreneurial leadership, strategy, financial planning, fund sourcing, people management, operations and technology, market, corporate governance and succession planning. There will be also be a 6-month post programme strategy review session
